The Melissa High School theatre program will present this year’s fall musical, Matilda, in four shows Thursday, Nov. 10, Saturday, Nov. 12, Thursday, Nov. 17, and Saturday, November 19.
Performances will be held at the Melissa Arts Center, 3030 Milrany Lane. All shows begin at 7:00 p.m. and general admission tickets are $12.

About the Show
Filled with high-energy dance numbers and songs, Matilda is the story of a special little girl with an extraordinary imagination who dreams of a better life.
Leading roles include Alyssa Sabo as Matilda Wormwood, Makenna Worsham-Bowen as Miss Agatha Trunchbull, Halle Heywood as Miss Honey, and Dax Laber and Stella Rose as Mr. and Mrs. Wormwood. More than 55 students make up the cast and crew with lead direction and choreography by Megan Moore, assisted by Maisy Gustaveson, technical direction by Kyle Brenner, costume design and direction assistance by Molly Kennedy, and music direction by Ryan Smith.
