The Melissa High School Robotics team is headed to the UIL State Robotics Competition, the 2023 BEST Division Championship, from Nov. 30 through Dec. 2. They will be competing against 72 teams over the course of three days at the Dallas Fair Park Coliseum and Briscoe Carpenter Livestock Center. The Robotics team competed at the UIL Regionals Tournament earlier this month, placing 2nd in the BEST division and 3rd in the tournament overall.
This will be their 7th year to advance to the state tournament, placing every year since 2017. Last year the team finished 2nd and hopes to bring home the 1st place trophy this weekend. Good luck to the MHS Robotics team!
