Students who will require bus transportation for the upcoming school year must be registered by August 5, 2024, to guarantee transportation begins the first day of school. Bus transportation for new and returning students should be requested during registration/enrollment. Please be sure to complete returning student registration before Aug. 5 if your student will require bus transportation.
If you did not request transportation during enrollment or need to make changes to your student’s transportation needs, complete the Melissa ISD Transportation Change Request Form before Aug. 5.
If you miss the Aug. 5 deadline, you may still register your student for bus transportation services; however, your student may not receive their transportation placement until after the first week of school.
To view your student’s bus route information, download the My Ride K-12 app, create an account, and link each student to the account using their student ID. Student bus route information will be available to view in the app beginning Aug. 12.
