Melissa ISD in partnership with ESS will host a town hall for new and returning substitute teachers from 2-4 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 18, 2022 at the Melissa Arts Center, located at 3030 Milrany Lane.
Substitute teachers returning to Melissa ISD, along with individuals who are interested in substitute teaching during the upcoming school year, are encouraged to attend the town hall. Returning substitute teachers will be recognized for their contributions during the 2021-2022 school year, while prospective candidates can learn more about becoming a substitute teacher and begin the application process. Campus principals and staff will also be in attendance to answer questions.
