The Melissa High School Robotics Team achieved an impressive 4th place finish at the 2024 UIL State Robotics Tournament, held December 4-7 at the Fair Park Coliseum in Dallas.
They showcased their skills across multiple categories, including the engineering notebook, marketing presentation, marketing booth, robot design and driving, as well as spirit and sportsmanship.
In addition to their overall success, the team earned distinguished individual awards. They secured 1st place in the Qorvo Top Exhibit and Interview Award and 3rd place in The University of Texas at Dallas Exhibit Construction and Design Award.
Congratulations to these exceptional students and the entire MHS Robotics Team on their outstanding performance. We’re excited to see what the future holds for this talented group!
