The Melissa High School Career and Technical Education (CTE) program have 13 students who are advancing to the SkillsUSA State Contest. The MHS students represented Melissa by competing in many different chapters of the SkillsUSA District Contest on Feb. 9 and 15-17, 2024.
The MHS CTE students advanced to state in Applied Engineering, Barbering, Computer Programming, Cosmetology, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, and Technology Computer Applications. These students will be competing at the SkillsUSA State Contest in April.
